Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phrus ("phrus," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the phrus platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the phrus platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
- "Platform" refers to the phrus website, mobile application, and all associated services operated under the phrus brand.
- "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the phrus platform.
- "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on phrus or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
- "Games" refers to all gaming products available on the phrus platform, including but not limited to slot games, fishing games, live casino games, and poker.
- "Funds" refers to any monetary balance held in a Player's phrus account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits.
- "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by phrus to Players.
- "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
- "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required by phrus to confirm a Player's identity and eligibility.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the phrus platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
By completing the phrus registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using the phrus platform, you acknowledge that:

Your continued use of the phrus platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates.
To register and maintain an account on phrus, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Republic of the Philippines. phrus strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify your age.
- Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of phrus is lawful in your location.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated are not permitted to register on phrus.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phrus or by any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
- Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended phrus account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the phrus platform.
Age Verification: phrus takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds in such accounts, including any winnings, will be forfeited. phrus may report violations to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities.
To access the full range of phrus services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to the following account obligations:
- Accurate Information: All information provided to phrus during registration and at any subsequent time must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phrus username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phrus will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
- Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify phrus immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Notification should be made through our official support channels.
- KYC Verification: phrus reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
- Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Any changes to your personal details, including your registered mobile number or email address, must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting phrus support.
All financial transactions on the phrus platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted Payment Methods: phrus currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at phrus's discretion with reasonable notice to Players.
- Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. phrus reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
- Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the phrus account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. phrus reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Processing Times: phrus aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are estimates and not guarantees.
- Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. phrus reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large withdrawal requests.
- Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phrus reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its dormant account policy, which will be communicated to affected Players in advance.
No Fees on Standard Withdrawals: phrus does not charge processing fees on standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside phrus's control and are the Player's responsibility.
phrus offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
- Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a phrus account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in forfeiture of all bonus balances.
- Bonus Abuse: phrus reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players.
- Modification and Withdrawal of Offers: phrus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's account will be honored subject to the applicable terms.
All games available on the phrus platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply to all games on phrus:
- Random Number Generation: All phrus games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems are independently tested to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
- Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP percentages for phrus games represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. RTP figures are provided for informational purposes only.
- Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, phrus reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the Player's account. phrus's decision in such matters is final.
- Disconnection Policy: If a Player is disconnected during an active game round, the game will continue to its conclusion according to the game's rules. phrus is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection due to the Player's internet connection or device.
- Collusion and Cheating: Any form of collusion, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited on phrus. Accounts found to be engaged in such activity will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phrus platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Registering more than one account on phrus, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identities.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
- Using the phrus platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate phrus transaction through your payment provider.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the phrus platform.
- Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the phrus platform for financial gain. Any such vulnerability must be reported to phrus support immediately.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker games.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing phrus staff or other Players through any communication channel.
- Accessing the phrus platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
- Allowing any third party to access or use your phrus account on your behalf.
phrus is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. phrus recognizes that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to all Players seriously.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phrus account holders:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their phrus account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
- Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined period. Loss limits take effect immediately upon activation.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions. phrus will display a notification when a session time limit is approaching.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may activate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
- Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic reminders that display the duration of their current gaming session and their net gaming activity.

All content on the phrus platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the intellectual property of phrus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phrus platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phrus platform without the prior written consent of phrus.
- The phrus name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of phrus. Unauthorized use of phrus trademarks is strictly prohibited.
- Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to phrus regarding the platform may be used by phrus without any obligation to compensate you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phrus's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:
- phrus provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phrus makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform.
- phrus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phrus platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
- phrus's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your phrus account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- phrus shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, government actions, or third-party service provider outages.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. phrus does not guarantee any winnings. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose and to take full personal responsibility for your gaming decisions on the phrus platform.
phrus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player against phrus.
- Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a regulatory authority.
- Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3.
Upon account termination for cause, phrus reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Where termination is not due to Player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their phrus account may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.
phrus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the phrus platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Key data practices of phrus include:
- Collection of personal information necessary for account registration, KYC verification, and transaction processing.
- Use of your data to provide, maintain, and improve phrus services, and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
- Implementation of industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
- Non-disclosure of your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide phrus services, or with your explicit consent.

phrus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phrus will notify Players through one or more of the following methods:
- A prominent notice displayed on the phrus platform upon login.
- An email notification sent to the registered email address on your phrus account.
- An update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the phrus platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the phrus platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
phrus recommends that Players review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect their use of the platform.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the phrus platform, the parties agree to the following dispute resolution process:
- Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting phrus support and providing a clear description of the issue. phrus will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receiving your complaint.
- Formal Proceedings: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
- Regulatory Complaints: Nothing in this Agreement prevents you from lodging a complaint with PAGCOR or any other applicable Philippine regulatory authority if you believe phrus has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations.
You agree that any claim arising from your use of phrus must be filed within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.
